What was broken
Every agency selling cold email says it has infrastructure. Almost none will show you theirs, and from the outside a prospect has no way to tell a real fleet from a slide about one.
What we built
Ours, in the open. Sourcing, DNS, authentication, warm-up and sequencer integration across ten domains and two providers, stood up by API in two working days rather than clicked together over a fortnight. Three mailboxes per domain and never more.
What happened
Our own outreach runs on it, so the claims on this page can be checked against the email that reached you. The three-per-domain limit is the part that matters: one flagged domain costs three addresses, not thirty. That is the difference between a bad week and a dead channel.
