What was broken
They ran on a closed-system CRM with no public API, and needed it talking to their sales platform in both directions. Without an API there was no supported way to do it, and the work had already been turned down as impossible.
What we built
We reverse-engineered the request flow with browser payload analysis to find the endpoints the vendor does not publish, then rebuilt them as a self-hosted workflow of more than sixty steps with a staging layer in between. Error handling, retries, deduplication and reconciliation on every record, because a sync that fails quietly is worse than no sync at all.
What happened
14,000 leads migrated and reconciled, and the two systems now stay in step on their own instead of needing someone to check them.
